Others, like Rajendra Sharma, who completed her Infectious Disease Fellowship at Baystate Medical Center have won prestigious prizes. Congratulations to Rajendra on receiving the 2004 Edward Kasse Award for "Clinical Excellence" from the Massachusetts Infectious Disease Society.  

Navin Paul, who attended one of the largest and most prestigious GI programs in the country at UCLA won their "Golden Colon" award for achieving the highest scores on the GI and Hepatology written examinations (beating out fellows in their final year!). Navin also ended his stellar year landing a position in the prestigious and highly competitive advanced endoscopy fellowship at Cedars-Sinai/UCLA.
