INTERNET POINT of CARE LEARNING APPLICATION
FOR AMA PRA CATERORY I CREDIT
Bridgeport Hospital is accredited by the Connecticut State Medical society to sponsor
continuing medical education for physicians.
Bridgeport Hospital will grant AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for learning that is initiated at the point of care using Internet resources. Once completed and sent, this form will be reviewed by the Director of Medical Education for quality and completeness. It will then be forwarded to your department chairman’s office in electronic format. One half (0.5) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit will be given to physicians who have properly competed the form. The CME file of the physician will be automatically updated in the office of the respective Department Chairman.
The estimated time to complete this activity, including review of the materials, is 30 minutes.
All Three steps of the learning cycle and evaluation must be completed and legible.
