- Show Satellite materials to the Multimedia Specialist to ensure program can be downlinked and to reserve room and equipment.
- Contact the broadcasting organization to make your reservation for the program. The department, committee or individual making the booking will be responsible for all charges.
- All reservations must be made one week prior to the broadcast date.
- Provide confirmation with coordinates to the Multimedia Specialist for downlink.
- If you wish to have the broadcast taped, obtain permission, in writing from the sponsor and provide this material to the Multimedia Specialist.
