All residents and fellows are required to complete a research project. Assistance is given for all phases of the project and intramural financial support is available to housestaff for their research project. Housestaff who present papers at state, regional, national, or international meetings will receive major support for all expenses for all presentations. An educational allowance is also available for the purchase of texts, registration for examinations, and educational travel.
